He told me everything I wanted to hear to rent my condo . Then I had a leak so waited for insurance comp to pay so I can get the leak fixed in the meantime he called me a lier a drunk / I don’t drink . Totally rud...

It is very sad when a professional as i am gets such a negative review. Unfortunately the facts state otherwise from what is being mentioned above. I have know Marlene for many years and have done lots of pro bono work, Leases, referring to trust attorneys etc. that have always taken care of her with white gloves due to the referral. When she did want to rent her condo, she approached me and throughout the whole process, she was either out of town, not available her or her daughter, by a slip of the tongue on her behalf she acknowledged that one of her daughters friend was taking the apt. At that point in time AS HER LISTING AGREEMENT MENTIONED she owed a 500.00 cancellation fee. FYI i was very professional in the matter as i could very well have gone after her for 1 month of rent since she rented it on her own. Very unprofessional person who has no understanding of the work to rent a condo, TOO BAD HER LOSS.!!!!!!!
